• According to the Lionel service manual 1-9, page 6-1, the body screw for 9700 series boxcars is part #9700-25 which is a #4-40x1/4 flat head Phillips screw.

  Lionel service manual 12, page 17-2 calls out Lionel part #8405-5 screw which is a #2x5/16 Phillips head screw.
