Battery powered train
« on: January 07, 2026, 04:36:07 pm »
Three years ago, I purchased a battery-powered Lionel Disney Christmas train. We only use it during the Christmas season, so it has seen limited use. This year, it was running perfectly until Christmas Day when the wheels suddenly stopped working. The sounds and lights still function, but the train won't move. I always remove the batteries for storage and use fresh ones each time.

I contacted Lionel, but they said they couldn't assist. Do you have any suggestions to get it running again, or is it time to consider purchasing a new one?
