Track Layouts

Hello All,

Happy holidays.  I have a question for you all from a newbie.   Is there a program where you can enter the number, types of track and will spit out plans that you can use with the inventory you have?  I have SCARM but was looking to see if there is something even more basic?

I am not aware of a layout program that will do what you want it to do.
