We've seen plenty of American types of trains modeled and offered by Lionel but its hard to think of anything from foreign countries that has been offered. For instance, some of the old French or German trains that ran prior to and during World War II.

Lionel has offered several European prototype steam locos in the past and has done a few"Harry Potter" type recently.

Personally I have no interest in non American type locos.
