Hello & Welcome to the Forum.
I've checked out the SCARM freeware program and believe it would be a great help for new as well as experienced train enthusiasts.
I did a Norton check on the site and at this time it is free from malware.  I haven't downloaded the SCARM program, so I cannot say that
it is free from malware.
Are you involved with the development of the program or just passing it along?
