Hello & Welcome to the Forum

Only recomendation I can make is
Clean the track and make sure the pins are clean and tight.

When you are trying to solder are you using flux?
If not, that is possibly why it is not sticking.
Also you should rough up the spot where you are trying to solder with a piece of sand paper,
it will create a better surface for the solder to cling to.
