I built a lionel layout on a 4x8' board about 20 years ago.  It has multiple switches, a two decoupling tracks and even a cross over.  It uses a KW.  I've gotten it working again, but I've lost the wiring/instruction manual for the kw....I have the track power going to "A" and "B" , and it appears to work, but from what little I could find on the web, it appears I should be using "U" and "A" or "U" and "B".  But when I check "U" and "A", it seems to have a constant 6vac, even with the throttle all the way off; ditto "U" and "B"....is there anywhere I can find a good instruction set or can someone help me?
