Broken Legacy charging base.
« on: May 19, 2020, 07:10:45 pm »
Hey everyone! First post for me on this forum. I had a legacy #990 controller, my son dropped the command base and it broke. Does anyone know if lionel will replace it? Ive had it for a few years now. Or do they sell just the base/charger? Or is there another way to circumnavigate the problem? thanks for all the help. :)

Welcome to the forum!

Sad to hear about the broken Legacy base. I do not see the base being sold as a separate sale item, just the entire system.

Depending on how badly it is broken, Lionel may be able to repair it, but not right now with the present lock-down. Your only immediate solution is a new system, or finding someone, perhaps a forum member that can repair it for you.
