We all seem to have a locomotive that falls into the Dream Locomotive category.
For me it's the Lionel 221 Dreyfuss Hudson with the 221W tender.
I've looked at a few, usually out of my price range or they were missing
enough parts that it would drive the price of rebuilding it out of my train
fund range.
Yesterday, I attained my Dream! I was able to trade a fellow a box of HO
cars & locomotives that I was selling for $35.00 on Craigslist to him for
his 221 & 221W tender.  It's not perfect, it does have a few chips in the
paint & a dent in the tender, but overall, it's perfect in my eyes.
I haven't put it on the track yet, I need to clean & lube it, but it's sitting
on a couple pieces of track where I can admire it while sitting here at
the computer.
