Welcome to the forum!
As far as can be seen, the Amtrak and Canadian Pacific FT locomotive shells should be interchangeable. There are usually a few screws holding the shells in place, and they should come off easily.
There may be wiring for lights that may come off with the shell, so use caution when taking the shells off.
