If you are talking about the 022 lanterns, they are part 6SP0711-054, and are available from Lionel https://www.lionelsupport.com/ReplacementParts/index.cfm?doAction=productPartFilter&number=6-65166&productID=09A10632-4CEA-4031-B39AC43FAEF633ED

Most online suppliers also have them under part 711-54
