Hi, I have had the Borth Pole Central Christmast train for the past 2 years. We went ahead and hooked everything up and we have power to the lights but the motor will not move in forward or reverse. I have also checked to make sure it isn't in neutral. Also took it to the local train guru and he tried it on his own track and it did the same. Again power to the lights but the motor did nothing.

Can anyone help me? Not sure if there is an easy temporary solution or is it easy to replace the internal parts? If so where can I find the parts I need?
