Pre War
« on: January 12, 2013, 07:55:42 pm »
My Pre-War equipment does not like my Ross track and switches so I put together a traditional Lionel tubular track and switch layout which incorporates some Post-War goodies too. Its a start.

The pre war stuff is so colorful and nice pieces are plentiful and reasonably price.

67th,
I'm in total agreement with you on the pre war tinplate rolling stock.
I'm in the process of getting rid of all my non pre war  Lionel with the exception of my 221 & 221W tender
and switching over to pre war lionel tinplate.

Happy Rails.
Dave
