Rplacement light bulb

• Can I still get a replacement light bulb (Lionel # 00-8903-138) ? It is a very small (maybe midget) screw in bulb for an "Animated Refreshment Stand".
  I've checked and can't find anything with that Lionel part number.
  Maybe someone makes a similar bulb .
