• 25 years ago I bought a Lionel train on the front of the body Lionel is written ,on the back cab there are no numbers and there is no stamp underneath the engine where the stamp plate normally would be is this train a fake

  Hard to say without photo's. They would help identify what you have.
  Is this a steam locomotive? Diesel? Tinplate? Diecast? Plastic?
