well I got a 424 and got power on the track and cant get the train to move so I bought a 246 and cant get it to go I cleaned the track with a 3m pad and wiped with alcohol and tonight I touched the wires to the center conductor and the outside wheel and the train wheels go around any ideas im stumped thanks in advance

tried all that any idea where in Canada I can get it serviced im in nova scotia on the east coast

im trying to help my 91 yr old dad get an old train going that he bought  we put the track together hooked up some wire to the track and have power to the track but the train wont move im going to clean the track tomorrow with a scuff pad and alcohol any other ideas thanks in advance
