Saw a Caboose at the Cemetery Today
« on: April 14, 2013, 05:25:34 pm »
I visited a nearby cemetery today. In a corner of the cemetery was a small area  with a memorial for servicemen and women who were from the town. Someone had left this caboose there on a rock, wrapped in a ribbon. Its a Lionel#517 standard gauge . Yes, I left it there.

Ray,
 that's a very touching photo.
Makes me wish that one could apply some sort of clear epoxy to cover it
and make sure no one ever removes it from where it was left as a remembrance
