Hello & Wellcome to the Forum!

Rich Arts are very nice but uncommon tinplate train sets.
Value? My only suggestion is to go on to the online auction sites and look at the completed/sold Rich Art original and restored trains. The restored ones will have less value than the untouched/original trains.
