Lionel 13098 I inherited info

I inherited a Lionel 13098 and have someone asking me to sell it to them. I do not want to get ripped off, need money to pay medical bills. I have attached some photos, any help would be appreciated i have attached a few photos. Has a torn flap on the 6447 box.
