Just bought a lionel o scale pensylvania flyer set track led lights up, train headlight lights up, control lights up snd flashes when throttle turned but noting at all works otherwise no voices or horn and no movement.  Help

Welcome to the forum.

What set do you have? It sounds like you have a LionChief set. If after following the instructions the train does not run, return it to the place of purchase and let them check it out, and replace the set if necessary.
