Hello, is there a balance control or how to make the whistle louder than the bell.
Is the magnet on the tender axle suppose to be in line with that electrical item. All I have is a test track set up and moving the tender doesn't change the speed or duration of the chug. Any help please.

There is no 'balance control' for the whistle and bell, however there should be a volume control to adjust the overall volume.

The magnet on the axle should be in line with the sensor on the truck to receive the magnetic pulses.
If the chuff rate does not change when moving the tender, there is a problem either with the magnetic sensor on the truck, or the board itself.
