Convert Conventional Engine to LC+
« on: June 29, 2017, 03:34:46 pm »
We have 16 TMCC engines, 4 conventional E-Unit engines, and two LC+ engines on our retirement community layout.  Someone wants to convert a conventional engine to LC+ similar to the way you can convert a conventional engine to TMCC with ERR boards.  "Talk To Lionel" told me it can't be done but I don't think that's a technically correct answer.  It can't be done because Lionel doesn't sell retrofit LC+ boards.  Am I right?
