New to the current tech
« on: December 18, 2018, 10:54:06 pm »
It's been a good 15 years since I've been "into" my Lionel trains. I had o27 track and cars. Over the years I've decided I want to go o gauge full scale. So this year I pulled out the little I gauge track I have and set it up. I went into the local train Store and ended up buying a new lion chief steam engine, comete with sounds and choo choo sounds.
That trip refuled my train addiction and I feel like a kid again. I'm going to clean out the garage and make a nice display.

This current tech scares me as I know nothing about it. Lion chief, legacy, power packs, terminals.... This stuff has Bluetooth now?? So crazy and exciting.

Any suggestions on where I can read to be brought up to date on the technology?
