Not Lionel, But still Tin Plate
« on: March 01, 2013, 07:55:46 pm »
Getting back into O/O27  trains has made me a bit nostalgic
about  those old mechanical tin plate  trains.
My very first train, was a Marx Mechanical set.
I recently acquired a 1930's Marx Vanderbilt Mechanical set.
Not the fancy top of the line set, just the simple working mans'
child's train set.
(you will have to log in to see the photo of the set)
