Thanks, I've done that. It at least seems from other answers I've gotten is that there is not an actual wiring problem and everything points to "something" not making contact. Since 99% of it still works except for the throttle not increasing. I've been inside, and as stated, rollers look fine and move across the coil, no loose wires ETC. The other side along with all the constant voltages work.   That's what got me stymied.
  I will add to my question- how does one throttle power get separated from the other side to run a different train. I mean, both rollers are on the same coil so ,where does it split off.
