Copatibility between Lionel and MTH

• Copatibility between Lionel and MTH

• Hi,
  I have an Alaska Lionel GP-35 6-38978 #2501 locomotive and I would like to know if it is compatible with a Dummy MTH Alaska GP-38 #2008. Will they couple correctly?

• Yes they will work together all o scale trains can work on the same track and work together. Only things won't work together are the mth dcs and lionel legacy system together.

  Please explain what you mean by this. I have both the Legacy System and DCS ad run both on the same track at the same time.

• You probably have the Legacy and the DCS systems linked. As long as they are both O Scale and you have the control systems linked, you can use them both.
