Track with both old and new type power supply
« on: January 20, 2021, 04:52:33 pm »
I discovered something today. I had a Christmas train with the new remote power supply. I was switching to an older train with the wires going to the track and to the transformer. I discovered that you have to completely remove the remote control power supply rail from the setup, even with no power whatever going to it. Even with it just sitting there, I had to replace that rail with a plain rail before anything would work with the older style power supply and transformer.
