Servicing Smoke Generator on Pennsylvania Flyer 1234
« on: December 27, 2021, 09:02:29 pm »
My smoke generator was working great just puffing away like it should. A day or two later when it stopped puffing smoke I added fluid and ran it but didn't get any smoke. Then I added about ten drops but still no smoke. I did this again the next day with the same result. Then I saw a Lionel video that indicated you should only add about 5 or 6 drops to a puffer smoke generator to begin with and then when it gets low you only add 2 or 3 drops of smoke fluid. So it appears that I over filled the smoke unit. What can I do to rectify this situation?
