Looking forward into getting the Polar Express o-gauge train set, however a little confused with which is which. Also what all comes with it? Seems like I see some for $450 plus then another new in box for $280.
What is the difference other than price?  Does the Hobo on top come with all sets, and the puppet
silhouette car....     Any help before I pull the trigger on my purchase would help.

One set has Bluetooth and the other does not. Some of the sets are anniversary sets no longer in production. Both come with 4 characters the battery operated one has the flip up hobo.
