Greetings Everyone,

this is my first post.  Does anyone know what the problem is when the light continually flashes on the lionchief remote control?  It's a brand new set, new batteries.  Turn it on and starts to immediately flash.  It will not control the train at all.  The light will never turn solid red.  Any help is appreciated.
