Lionel Maintenance & Repair / Spare parts transformer CW 80

Hello all.
I am one of the few owners/users of Lionel O Gauge in the Netherlands. There is no dealership or repairshop for Lionel on this side of the ocean.
Recently my CW 80 transformer broke down due to corrosion. A good friend and fellow railroader was able to replace all electronic components in the transformer with one exeption. The factory programmed IC was also broken. With the IC out of an other CW 80 we were able to fix the problem. We are now looking for a replacement of this IC.
Where and how can I get such an IC for the CW 80? Messages to dealerships in the USA were unanswered. Who can help us out?
