Postwar Lionel Trains 1945-1969 / 364C with RED Housing/Black Switch

I've been wiring a layout for someone and I found in his rather small collection a 364C that has a RED housing witch a black slider. Has anyone ever seen a variation like this before? I nevver have and I have been in this hobby for 44 years.
