Lionel Maintenance & Repair / Lionel GP-20 front truck

 I bought a Lionel GP-20 on ebay. I can't keep the front power truck on the tracks. Most always misses on
corners and over 90 degree crossing. Can the truck be adjusted for more easy movement? Tracks are
connected tight and level.
