O Scale / The Texas Special Restore

I am restoring a 1055 Texas Special and have come on a roadblock.
I am in need of the decals in this type of font.

   


Does anyone know where to get some.
Web searches provide very little info and the Texspec font that is available is very different.

General Lionel Model Train Discussion / Part Numbers Needed

Hi all,
 I have looked through all the parts and exploded view documents 1~47 on the Lionel site and can't seem to find a part list for his particular engine.
The Unit is a southern Pacific 5498 RS-3 6-28808   See Pic's.
I am looking for replacements front and rear end rails and L and R side rails which look like they snap on.

 Any help would be appreciated.

Lionel Maintenance & Repair / Restoring a 6465 Gulf tank car - How??

I have a 6465 tank car with rust on the frame. How do I disassemble the car to paint the frame?
All my other car have screws this one does not.
Research says that this car was build in 1958 on a type 9 frame.
