Wow. everyone needs to read that link.I can imagine how quality is suffering due to the frantic pace the workers must be under.

I purchase new stuff from my local train store,and didn't think of testing it out since I don't buy engines that often.I will from now on. I would be scared to death to buy anything new on ebay,or mail order keeping in mind there is problems with many out there.
I think supporting local stores are better for the hobby anyway.
Wondering if other manufacturers are running into the same problems?Too bad making them here again is not an easy answer.

Is anyone else having to send their new engines back in for repairs? I have bought 3,and have issues with them all. Not dissatisfied,just wondering if there is quality control problems in China.
