Hi everyone.  I just purchased an O scale PA flyer with the LionChief controller.  When the track is connected, the red light on the terminal track is steady red.  When I place the engine on the track, the red light blinks and the engine's headlight blinks and nothing works.  No where in the instructions does it mention blinking LEDs.  Can anyone help?  Thanks -

Update, i just read a previous post with same issue, so i started with the terminal track, it was solid red, i put the engine on the terminal track (with no other tracks attached) and the engines light blinked and the terminal LED blinked....
