hi! my father had purchased my son a Lionel New York Central electric train set probably a decade ago. He had stopped using it at xmas for years and decided this year to take it out. It's all set up, but the whistle and bell buttons aren't working (I almost recall it only being able to do the whistle function)
. The direction button works and haven't tried the smoke since I currently don't own any. Any suggestions? I'm no train novice so I'd have to attempt a repair as a first of it's kind ha.
