Hello, i'm kinda new to O gauge lionel, i've had one engine (8454 Rio Grande GP-7) and a few cars for a while now, but i just got another engine (8854 CP rain GP-9) and want both engines to run together, but when i do, they just fight each other and want to go the other way. I have a small controller and i have to flip it on/off a few times to get one engine to go one way like flip it on it just sits there and makes noise, off then on again it'll go forward, then flip again it just sits there making noise, off/on again it goes backwards. I can't make both engines go in one direction at once, could this be a controller problem? They will drive together if i turn the switch under each engine to just one way, but not switched in directional.
