So I have an old New York central flyer (about 25 years old or so) that has always worked fine until recently, it derailed and ever since then the train struggles to move when powered, and the transformer light (cw-80) blinks when the speed is above 40 and the train never gains much speed beforehand. I replaced the motor thinking that the motor must have burnt out but that didnt fix it. The train runs even worse on the opposite side of the track connected to the transformer. I'm not sure if there is a problem with the transformer or not, if anyone knows what the problem is please help.
