Thanks for the documents. I cannot tell from them if this loco has the trucks that will come off by turning them 90 degrees left while holding it upside down. I don’t want to break something by forcing it if it doesn’t.

The loco just stops and goes dead.  The track, the wheels and the pickups are all clean.  I think a connection may be loose in the trucks and I know the gears in the rear truck feel loose.  Are there instructions for disassembly anywhere, or an exploded picture, or anything that might give some help with disassembly?

There is nothing I can find on this model on the Lionel webpage.
