I recently bought a 1033 transformer and noticed I cannot get my trains to run fast.  I removed the leads to the tracks and registered a voltage of 15.6 volts but once I put a loco on the tracks it drops down to 11 volts.  Any suggestions?  I really love the look of the transformer.
