Lionel 400e original frame - clean break just behind boiler front.  O/W frame solid/intact.  Know anyone who can repair frame?  Thanks.  Mike R

Hello & Welcome to the Forum!

Sad to hear about your 400e's frame problem.
My initial suggestion would be to break out the JB-Weld, Epoxy Steel or whatever your favorite metal bond/repair epoxy and fix that puppy.
If you are not that adventurous, hunt for a frame or a parts locomotive with a good frame.
Hope you get it on the track soon.

Waiting on track to get my SG- 8 rolling, relaying code 332 - 2 rail G scale track into 3 rail SG track...

Happy Rails!

Weldon works wonders!
