John,

Make sure any switches on the loco are in the run position.

It sounds like one of the boards may have gone bad. Take it to a dealer who can swap out the boards and get it running again.

Hello Everyone.

I have an issue with my #1601 Allegheny.  K3715-1601S For some reason , it just quit running.
The smoke unit works, The Tender whistle works.

Any idea what happened ?
