Title: Type S80 Transformer on a FasTrack system

My first post!  I got a LionChief Fastrack O gauge (6-30233) last Xmas and have added just the figure 8 tracks but want to add more.  I was given an OLD Type S80 transformer, like the one I used as a kid ( it was made the same year I was born!).  I see where Lionel has a wire that can be used for the poles on a transformer to the FastTrack pug but I'm not sure exactly how this transformer needs to be wired.  I got no manual or other paperwork with it and cannot find one on-line or from Lionel - I asked.

Anyone have any information, paperwork, wiring diagram or anything on this transformer?  Or suggestions on how to use it with my set?  Or just pitch it?
