Title: Sounds on Lion Chief Polar Express are too soft

I have an O Gauge Lionchief Polar Express that all the sounds are way too soft. I run 3 trains on my layout, all are Lion Chief, and the other engines sounds (bells, whistles and crew talk) are all fine except the Polar Express. I can barely hear them when it is the only train running but with 1 or both of the others running, you can't hear the Polar express at all. Is there a way to adjust the sound from the tender?
