The 482-3 Baseplate with Roller

can be added to one of the caboose trucks and the roller wired to the bulb contact of a socket and bulb assembly. The metal socket would need to be wired to the metal baseplate itself to provide a return path for the power to the outside rails via the axles and wheels.
